Sorcerous Stabber Orphen: Revenge DVD 5 Issues

I'm having some strange issues with the fifth DVD from the second season of Orphen. Even when I traded it in for a replacement of the same DVD, the issue still persisted.

I believe it's in the first episode on the disc. About halfway through the first episode, we see a scene where Lycoris feels Esperanza's presence behind her. The audio continues unaffected, but the picture stills for a bit, leaving the same scene stilled even as the audio and the subtitles continue. This doesn't happen again on the disc, and the stilled scene doesn't last for too long, but I found this issue a little disconcerting.

Also, I tried playing this certain scene on three different DVD players and still found the same results.
