Media Blasters contact details request - Genshiken problem

My Genshiken disc 1 has a small dent like plastic malformation on the disc, and it causes a skip about 5 mins of the show when playing.

Anyone know the contact details for the company? Might be worth a try to ask for a replacement.

I only found this out a month after buying the disc from DVDPacific.

Why not give Mandy at DVD Pacific an email, I'm sure she would arrange for a replacement, unless you've already tried that?
