Haha man I couldn't even begin to guess, but here is a totally "off the top of my head" and certainly not complete list that includes DVD as first viewing (blind buys), DVD as a repeat viewing but first time on DVD, DVD as a repeat viewing from previous DVD viewing, viewing on my gf's DVDs... and so on. I can't always remember which is which...

I'm leaving off shows I've seen as they aired in Japan because it would take forever to check each and see when they came out and wrangle over what was 2004 and what was 2005 and blah blah. Since I tend to watch DVDs in full-series marathons, it's a bit easier know what was 2005 there, because I almost certainly didn't watch anything before I had the last volume. Azumanga is about the only exception.

I'm also leaving off a bunch of movies and short OVAs I'm sure, as they tend to be less memorable.

Stellvia
Saber Marionette J, Again, J-X
Rune Soldier Louie
Please Teacher
Please Twins
Kiddy Grade
Kino's Journey
Azumanga Daioh ...Possibly? It ended on DVD late '04 but I probably watched it all in '05.
Rahxephon ...again, I'm pretty darn sure it wasnt more than a year ago
Noir
Neo Ranga
Now and Then, Here and There
Nurse Witch Komugi
Sakura Wars OVA collection
s-CRY-ed (cant remember if I watched the last disc though )
Popotan
Great Teacher Onizuka, I think it was '05 anyway.
Crest of the Stars
Banner of the Stars
Banner of the Stars II
Figure 17
Super GALS (girlfriend's dvds)
Fruits Basket (girlfriend's dvds) ...I think it was '05 that we watched it

We're so close to finishing:
Kaleido Star (girlfriend's dvds, one disc left)
Boys Over Flowers (girlfriend's dvds, two discs left)

I've still got a bunch of backlog to go through too, and I know I missed some above, but ah well.
