Hmm... if they were indeed going to release stuff in the US, we could look forward to Bleach for sure, but I dunno if we're really going to get that lucky. Still, I'm optimistic about these Japanese companies directly releasing stuff in the US... Bandai Visual's Patlabor release has me intrigued.

They've been involved in the production and distribution of a number of series on DVD in Japan. Most recently the remastered R2 box of City Hunter. |

It's basically all anime on the front page: http://www.aniplex.co.jp/ [/ QUOTE ] Really, did you even bother to read what their site says. If you did you would know that " In spring of 2005, Aniplex Inc. formed an affiliate company in Los Angels" Also, in " January 1997 -Established SPE Visual Works Inc. by a joint venture with Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc. and Sony Pictures Entertainment (Japan) Inc. Here are some links that took me a few seconds to find Everyone who posted against the idea them releasing music or thinks they are going to start releasing anime DVDs in the US should read the links. http://www.aniplex.co.jp/eng/history.html http://www.aniplex.co.jp/eng/works.html Also everyone who posted against the idea of them releasing anime CDs - "Aniplex Inc. will release a CD of the animation music". This statement was posted on the Bandai website in regards to Eureka Seven link here

No one says they don't release music. You're the one who claims that all they did was release music which is completely wrong. They have been involved in the production/distribution of a number of anime. Not to mention they were the producers/distributors of many DVDs over the years (I even posted a link to a picture of the R2 City Hunter Box which has their logo on all sides). Rather than attacking something that was never said maybe you could take your own advice and actually read what people were saying.
