Anyone with Maison Ikkoku R2, about the ep24 OP...

Does R2 DVD use the original "alone again" for the ep24 op and "get down" for the ED? and use "alone again" in ep27?

Was on the LD. Not sure about DVD though.

The songs are on MI CDs, however MI movie DVD which had all the openings & edits creditless, was without any music to the animation for that episodes op. & ending. Can't remember #27.

Yes, or at least the discs in the old boxset (pobh-9001~24) do.

If you've been buying Viz's release, then it might be cheaper to just get the individual discs for vols. 6 (eps. 24) and 7 (eps. 27). I bought the singles for vols. 1-4 before coming across a used copy of the box on sale, and there's no difference between those four discs and the corresponding volumes in the box. So, I would assume that would also be the case for vols. 6 & 7, but I can't guarantee it. [img]/images/graemlins/sweat000.gif[/img]
