www.speedgrapher.com is up in all her glory.
Some sweet stuff in there too. Check out Multimedia where you can see the new opening as well!

Cool. Was wondering when it would "open". Going to go look at it now.

When the site asked for my age, I told it I was born in F**K, 1970. It seemed satisfied by that.

The website has a cool layout. I had to tilt my head a bit to read and watch the videos, but I still like it. The new opening would've been less of a letdown if it didn't repeat the same 30 seconds of music about 3 times in a row. Casio keyboard production values at it's best, folks. First impression: "Oww, my neck." Any way to unslant this?
The new music is like bad porno music, which is strangely appropriate. I like how the age check hangs if you put in 1906. Somebody forgot to code for anime watching 100-year-olds. |

Nice looking website. New opening song doesn't sound bad at all. It actually matches the tone perfectly. I heard they are still trying to get Duran Duran though.

I don't know if the record company wanted a larger amount since it's now in the U.S. but I would think that the more units would be sold in the R2 market vs. the R1. Regardless, maybe Funi is still working on getting it. I would like to think so even though I doubt it's still going on. If the rights are obtained later on and the song is included on a later release (boxset or later pressings) you better believe I'll double-dip on it. |

It's not awful, but it's still a bit disappointing (although obviously it would be difficult to create anything that would work as well as the original since OPs are animated to the music and all). On the flip side, Saiga and Ginza's dub voices are awesome! So it's not all bad.

Heh. Guess they also changed the japanese text on the opening to match the new song.
