Will probably be region free like last year's Blu-rays.

I'm tempted to get these, but I was pissed to find out after purchasing last year's Blu-rays that they had cut The IDOLM@STER segments, so I suspect this year's will be cut as well. I mostly want the Yui Horie and Halko Momoi segments which are on the first set which should be uncut, but I'll probably pass out of principle.

edit: Wait, it says in the article that there are songs cut from this year's 8/22 set, while The IDOLM@STER segments should be on the 8/23 set... I wonder what will be cut, then. Maybe the 8/22 is a typo.

I didnt realize there was cuts to these discs/concerts... wonder why. license issue or space? I doubt space since they dont mind going over 1 disc.

Shoko-tan was never billed as a regular performer - she was a guest appearance, and left after her part was done. The others stayed on for the end and final performance, where they all performed together. There may be rights issues involved, or other things that prevent them from including it.

I'll definitely be getting this by the way, since I was there for the Saturday concert, and there were some numbers I'd like to see again. Some guys were also talking constantly behind my back when some of the artists were talking on stage, so I'd finally get to hear exactly what was said. I'd also like to see what I missed on the Sunday one, though my friends who went said it wasn't as good as Saturday.

Momoi was in Komugi cosplay and she had a duet with Manzo. Plus Hocchan w/ cheerleaders (IIRC) was that day. I'm automatically in for day 1. I'm probably buying day 2 as well.

Got these today from Amazon JP via FedEx.

FedEx called me yesterday to fill out some form... had to sign it and state what the content on the BDs were and that it wasnt obscene or anything that would violate local laws like incite violence or stuff like that...

1st time I ever had to fill anything like that out... wonder if that was standard now or if I got "lucky" and got selected at random.
