Perhaps a "discontinued" list would be helpful, as there's also a few anime Blu-rays that are no longer available at retail in Japan such as the 1st version of Innocence as well as the FMP and FMP TSR box sets.

I got the S7 boxset and inside is a flyer, still listing Tsubasa season 1 Blu-Ray as coming on March 14th.

That's definitely not getting released on March 14th. It's not happening in April or May. Maybe it will be released later this year, but nothing is for certain.

I am quite disappointed with Blu-ray anime thus far. I try to get every series that comes out on BD here but I wouldn't mind paying over $200 for a series IF it has subs in it. I am so glad the Tenchi movies will be having subs, I didn't hesitate in ordering them. I want so many series on BD and willing to pay the import price. I don't understand the point for making the regions so big and free if they can't support each region. I would spent that $XXXX of money on that CCS set if it had subs. I know it is not going to stop a few of you but it will alot of fans.

Has there been any word on Patlabor 1&2 on BD for the US? I heard a while back that the Japanese releases even had the FBI warnings in them, so I thought a release might be imminent.

Also does anyone know if Beautiful Dreamer has subtitles, and whether or not it is finally in widescreen?

The Patlabor movies probably would have been out by now if Bandai thought they could sell them here. Maybe when Blu-ray is getting more of DVD's marketshare.

Beautiful Dreamer has been canceled with little hope of seeing it re-solicited anytime soon.
