Default AUK DVD Awards - April 2007

After the quiet month that was March, we are back on form for April, with a blend of the old, the new, the good, the bad, and the ugly. (Though not 'This Ugly Yet Beautiful World' - that was last month)
On the subject of last month, Revelation Films eventually won for volume 11 of Fullmetal Alchemist, after a four way tie between itself, Chobits, GunSword and Tactics.

This month there are:
  • A total of 23 DVDs.

and amongst them:
  • 5 from ADV Films.
  • 5 from Beez Entertainment.
  • 5 from MVM Entertainment.
  • 4 from Revelation Films.
  • 3 from Manga Entertainment.
  • 1 from Fabulous Films.
  • 4 first volumes.
  • 5 collections.
  • No single volume releases. (OVAs and Movies)
  • 1 previous winner for a previous volume.

Voting is limited this month, due to the tiebreaker. You have three weeks, with voting ending on Sunday 3rd June at 6pm BST. Be sure to tell your friends, and if you have an anime news site, let your readers know about the AUK DVD Awards!

It'll most likely win (I can guess what it is you're talking about), but I voted different and went for Speed Grapher instead.

Lots of people round these parts seem to like it so I'll probably try and get it cheap at the Expo. (or wait for a box)

I agree, it's the only real choice this time

Though Yukikaze looked mighty tempting too, and Noein#2 but then again, yeah only one REAL choice.
