Default ef 1 LE & misc CDs

Got my copy of ef - a tale of memories. DVD 1 LE from CD Japan today (and yay for no customs charges):

Box: View 1 View 2
Stuff: View 1 View 2

Did anyone get the first press bonus poster that CD Japan listed? I didn't, as when I pre-ordered the site said the first press had sold out, only for more stock to appear after the release date... a bit annoying.

Whilst I'm at it, I got these a couple of weeks ago:

ef - a tale of memories. ED2 (Kei) CD
Minami-ke ED CD
Miyu Nagase - Gateway to Tomorrow CD

Awesome loot!

My ef-orders are tied up with its vol-2 for next month's shipment. Wonder if the ef-box will accomodate the Prologue-disc. Nevertheless, can't wait for this series. :notworthy:

By my measurements there is only room in the box for six discs, so the Prologue disc will have to stay separate.

Really? That's bit of a bummer.

I'm looking at your box-pics right now and noticed that v1 is a super-jewel case. I think there's enough room to spare if Geneon's using super-jewels for the rest of the volumes of this series. It might all still fit, including the Prologue-disc.

Of course, I don't know if the Prologue-disc if a super-jewel case or a regular case. Until my orders arrive next year, that is.

Yeah, both V1 and the Prologue discs are in super jewel cases, which are about 1cm thick. The opening in the box is about 6cm wide.

No DVDs (a bunch just shipped but are unlikely to reach me by for some time what with Christmas) but a roundup of some recent stuff:

Aya Hirano's MonStAR single
Aya Hirano's H: Stairway to 20 photo book
November Newtype and Megami
Hayao Miyazaki's The art of Nausicaa: watercolour impressions (DMP)

Haven't participated in this for a while, but since I got in a few things, I'll give you a group shot:

Clannad LE 1, Zero no Tsukaima 2 v.4 box, Genshiken 2 v.1 box

And for those who were expecting the Clannad LEs to have packaging like AIR, it's not to be. It's a super jewel case. Here it is open with the booklet. I guess almost everyone is moving to using super jewel cases for DVDs. They seem to be getting more and more common.

No DVDs yet, maybe later in the day according to the postman, but I did get a few artbooks

Seto no Hanayome and Solty Rei artbooks

I'm very disappointed with the Seto no Hanayome artbook. I have a few visual books from Jive, and they are very well put together, and so is this Seto book actually, however they decided that a bunch of the color illustrations (some of them ones from Megami) should instead be printed in black and white. There's still a fair amount of color illustrations but I don't see why they had to stiff us on a handfull of them.

Black and White illustration
