What's this Haruhi bundle? Are the LE versions being re-released at a lower price or something?

Looks like the RE with two of the other character CDs that were originally sold separately.

How is it the Haruhi bundle looks like it has better artwork than anything else so far?

Well, I'm not triple dipping on that series (R2s and R1 LEs). Sorry, can't afford that. Try again Bandai.
