Suggest some good co-op games for PS3 for me.

My good friend just picked up a PS3 and he makes the only person I know personally that owns one and we were in the market to get some games that we can play together online. Anyone have any good suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I can't really give a good suggestion without knowing what type of game you're looking for...

But looking around, there are some suggestions here . Of course, not every game listed is online capable, but it is a list!

They still make co-op games (or 2 players game)? I thought it was dead because of the excuse of online. I really hate that, only making 1 player games with the excuse that its multiplayer but only online. This is why Nintendo and the Wii is outselling PS3 and Xbox 360. They sell games people can play together in the same room. I tell people, when I hang out with my friends for game night, all we play is Mario Kart DD. We got all the systems and all the games but nothing beats Mario Kart. If its not Mario Kart, its Super Monkey Ball, lol.

As for suggestions for online PS3 games, if you are into Military, Call of Duty 4cannot be beaten. For fast pace shooters Unreal tournament 3.

We love to play Hack and Slash RPGs together but Dark Kindom really sucks. But we're really looking for anything that we can play co-op online with.

I wish it were online...it's hard enough getting a friend to come over and play it with me; that's probably why I eventually gave up.

I was going to suggest waiting a couple of weeks for Dynasty Warriors 6, which is released in America soon, until I read the online bit. Regardless I still recomend it

We've been playing that together a lot lately. Snowblind (the studio that produced CoN) is working on a new title which we're praying is either Champions 3 or Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 3.

The reason online co-op is so important is because we live an hour away from each other and have weird work schedules so it's not easy for us to meet up and do something together. If we could get some online games tho that opens windows for us.

I didn't know it was this close to release. I really hope they've stirred up some things. I used to be a die-hard Dynasty player but after 7 of the same game (including spin-offs for each like Empires) I'm burned out for good.
