No not yet. I haven't heard anything since I mailed them back nearly a month ago.

Edit: Correction, not five minutes after posting, I had an email from DVD Pacific saying that the replacement discs had arrived from Bandai and had been sent onto me. So they should be here in a week or two, hopefully.

I got an e-mail today too saying the replacements were shipping out. Hopefully they will be here in the next couple of weeks.

Yes, and good to see that others here got their email and discs shipped as well.

While price is a big issue with me (and DVD Pacific is by far the best on price and shipping cost that I've encountered), the thing that really strikes me about DVD Pacific is the level of service they provide. That this Bandai matter was handled so quickly and without drama is testament to that.

Agreed, can't fault them on the replacement process. One of the best things about DVD Pacific is that they clearly value their international customers highly and will go out of their way to help us out.

I guess they didn't get all the replacement discs yet, since I didn't get any e-mail.
No problem I can wait.

Little question about the shipment. Do they use the same shipping method as the original order ?

I'm not sure, since I never let anything ship individually, therefore always get stuff shipped in cardboard boxes. However, with the replacements, I only sent them the discs, not the packaging, in a bubble envelope. So I expect them to use a bubble envelope for the replacement discs.
