When did Viz start including UK price and copyright info on manga?

Read Death Note volume 4 the other day and noticed it had the UK price on the back (alongside the US and Canadian ones), and UK copyright info & British Library Catalogue info in the copyright bit at the front. Its the 6th printing dating back to Oct 07.

I know they have proper UK distribution now but it still surprised me to see this on the cover/inside!

Interesting. I've never seen that on any Viz books so far, so it seems to be a very new thing (I was just checking volumes of Viz titles in Borders yesterday).

On a slightly off-topic question. For the first printings of volumes of Death Note, was there anything special added, like colour pages?

Nope, I have the first printing for every single volume. VIZ rarely has color pages in their manga (aside from the VIZ BIG volumes and volume 3 or 4 of Yakitate Japan).

Okay thanks . I'll be looking out to see if they do something special for Death Note eventually, like VizBig.
