Looks even more awesome when it's got a bigger resolution picture.

Can't really tell if it's going to be thinpak or digipak still though. I bet it'll be thinpak, the picture just looks like it.

As the pictures posted right after your post show, it's a digipak. FUNimation has a tendency to make their boxes appear thicker than they are on the images. I remember seeing a picture of the DBZ Season-sets, and once I actually got one, I was surprised at how thin it was, as the pictures made it look alot thicker.
But yeah, the box does look pretty cool. Not like it matters to me, I'm buying it because I thought the show was awesome, not because the box is pretty. (Proof: I'm also going to buy the limited edition of Lucky Star, despite the fact that I absolutely hate the covers on those.)

This will probably go well beside the Fumoffu-thinpak.

I concur, it looks wonderful! I might like this new forum much better in the end.... I have to ask though, is everything going to be moved over here, or is someone going to have to go by each one of the recent postings and post them again?

And well, Funi doesn't do many thinpaks. They've only done two and all of their already finished shows that are getting a collection like 98% off the time come out as a digipack. I really don't care about either thinpak or digipack since they have their good and bad aspects for me. And well, I already have the original box and singles, so it's not like I have to buy it again .

That's nice.... these bigger packaging shots make for a nice change for this part of the forums. No display in the thread titles, but this makes up for it.

As for thinpaks, the Aquarion box looks to be a thinpack set, so I imagine we could see more of those from Funi...

Yup and the latest Fruits Basket collection, and the Moon Phase boxset to some extent, were all thinpaks, so there's a pretty good chance this might be.

True... but it gives more of a vibe of digipack with the other images that WTK has put up. It may be a thinpak though... you never know.

Nice box, but I think the front cover could have done without the homicidal twin :p Just seems kind of slapped on...
