This is mostly likely not that finalized cover art. It may be some variation to this current cover. If the main image remains, this is a solid cover.

EDIT: I wonder if this is just a single volume series?

I'm guessing if MB's licensed the 2nd series [which was an OVA, but the same length], that would be Vol.2. Each series is 8 episodes at 13 minutes each, so both would fit on a single dvd pretty easily.

I'm curious if this'll have a dub since it's at MB's dub price....

The second season is only 2 episodes long (4 mini episodes).

It could be in a cardboard sleeve and I'd buy it, but something pulled together from the composition on the sample image certainly works for me.

This cover art looks pretty good... PLEASE MB if you change the logo make it good! (or do a reversible cover with this one.)

8 episodes at 13 minutes each, or the equivalent of 4 full length episodes. I'm thinking MB might be doing here what they did with Futari H/Step Up Love Story, which was split it out at 2 episodes per volume. That would mean that for Dokuro-chan, we would get 4 mini-episodes on this volume, and 4 on volume 2...

That's the novel cover, so I imagine the final result will have nothing to do with it.
