What makes a DVD great? Is it the story told within, is it the quality of the video transfer, or is it the extras included on the disk? There are many theories about what a perfect DVD is, but agreement is never far from the question.
Last month, Beez Entertainment took a second US/UK double in a row, this time for the second volume of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumuya. Due to volumes two and three being released in the same month however, they will be prevented from an unprecedented result of all volumes getting an award. This month we have more DVDs that require your attention. It's likely that you wont have seen all of them, but perhaps one that you did watch impressed you enough to vote it the AUK DVD of the Month this month. Let us decide what the best DVD of August really is. This month there are:
