Saw those signs last weekend. You'll find that the majority of the items in the store, including anime, are just 10% off, with any greater discounts than that reserved for endcaps and table displays with U.S. TV series box sets and things of that sort. I believe the sale does also specifically exclude items that are already sale-priced, though you might be able to talk a kind cashier into stacking the two, since it's the only way the sale would be worthwhile for anime.

There's also apparently a Kitty Media sale, select titles, priced as marked, perhaps only at select stores, though there were no extra red sale stickers on any of the discs I checked at my store despite the sale signs being up.

Yeah, almost all new DVDs/CDs are only 10% off, which is kinda lame, but the entire used section is 30% off, and that's pretty damn awesome, IMO... snagged a few [non-anime] titles for myself today.

4 stores (1 Suncoast, 3 FYEs). I guess I may stop by at least one of the stores and take a look. I don't anything major though.

I had ordered a boxset of Future GPX Cyber Formula from SecondSpin (same company as FYE). However, only the second half of the box set was included when it arrived here.
I emailed them about this. Has anything like this happened before?
