Where is Ichigo 100% (Viz)

I have the Ribon magazine DVD of Ichigo 100% & checked to see if the show had been licensed for R1. It has by Viz apparently.

Has there been any indications made at any cons this year that the show will be getting a release?

I feel your pain O_O. Honey and Clover was licensed at the exact same time, and it's been almost 2 years.

Viz did announce some progress on the H&C dub in a Shojo Beat from around...April(?), but you know Viz...hopefully both are wrapping up production and getting a release next year.

Then again... the same could be said for a handful of Viz licenses (Nana, Honey & Clover, the assurance that all HunterXHunter will be released)

Seriously, they are the worst in terms of telling you anything about what they're releasing, unless it's a 100+ episode shounen action show with a TV deal, or some other big name title with a TV deal. If it doesn't have a TV deal, Viz doesn't really care whether anybody knows when they're going to release it or not.

I didn't even know that Ichigo 100% was even licensed. I don't recall anything in the news stating that VIZ has it so when was this announced?

Well, Viz has said they intend to release the 4 sets in two-month intervals. Granted, they could still cancel (I doubt it though, it's only 4 sets), but at lesat they're not ignoring it like the other series.

This was a show they had at NAPTE. They have never announced it as being licensed.

My guess is that they're waiting until more of the manga is released? Just a guess. Other than that, I'm curious too since I'd be interested in picking this up...
