*Reads* Ah it's good to know there will be other alternatives for the series. Especially if Joost suddenly takes a powder. Granted it may not matter much in the long run. Since in my case the hope is to eventually fit the series into my budget. Still it's fun to try out these streams on occasion.

They posted a few more updates to the Anime Network Online player today, after I had posted. All of Best Student Council is now available at AN Online Player.

Hopefully it will all be available on Joost eventually as well. If for no other reason then letting each choice have a complete package. So far save for a few early issues, Joost is working just fine in terms of streaming the series. Heh I need to try to stream stuff more often. It's just a matter of deciding what to stream. However that's probably a subject for another topic.

Damn you TAN online player. You keep getting me interested in series I wouldn't have otherwise bought. My wallet aches.

It's hard to say how much convincing it has done in my case. I mean it has caused me to give Divergence Eve for example a real chance and it is better so far than I originally thought. However unless things change it's still going to fall under the category of watch, but don't collect.

Although I must admit I am tempted to perhaps one day get Chance Pop Session if I can ever fit into my budget. Also watching Best Student Council has so far reminded me of how wonderful the series is, but then again I've been planning to get that as soon as I can fit into the budget. Yeah I know, but it's not like it's the only series I've delayed.

Parasite Dolls and Magical Play were added a few days ago to the Anime Network Joost Channel. Both of these are also available at the Anime Network Online Player homepage.

It seems ADV is definitely dedicated to supporting Joost with content. I went there to double check which "Best Student Council" episode I left off on and I've found they've definitely added new stuff recently. Chance Pop Session being one of them, but well in my case I've already seen that. Granted quite a bit of it seems to be Live Action stuff, but ah well.

I'm watching Nurse Witch Komugi there since I prefer dubs.

As far as the Live Action stuff, Jail Breakers and Marrying the Mafia were big Korean movies... so those would be the first to recommend. For those who enjoy Asian cinema and comedy those are quite fun.

I noticed the other day they also added My Beautiful Girl Mari... Finally will get a chance to see that one.

The fundamental problem I have with the free streaming is that you can only watch with the English dub. I hate watching with English dub.

ADV offers subtitle versions at Crunchroll (see respective thread in this forum). The offerings are less however than their Anime Network and Joost offerings.
