Although I searched for it, I couldn't find it. Radiance was the only Kawada Mami album I could find as of two nights ago. Well, I didn't try searching for her name in Japanese. I also tried searching for the other Hayate no Gotoku songs, but no luck. I suspect more will be coming later though. There were definitely some things on Something's list that did not appear to be listed under the anime category when I looked.

On another note, what's up with a couple tracks being "clean" versions? Being, for example, says it's been censored. Just what does she say in the song that had to be edited?

iTunes is probably smoking something.^^ But let's be honest, it's clear that Geneon didn't put a lot of thought into the id3 tags, given the randomness of them. Maybe they just checked the wrong box. Actually, I'm sure they did since they marked the karaoke tracks "clean" too.

I suspected that might have been the case but I figured I'd mention it in case either of you forgot. Maybe they just haven't gotten it uploaded yet. That's really odd that its in the article but apparently nowhere on iTunes. And that's one of the ones I want the most of what's been listed.

Two I missed before:

Hamasaki Ayumi
Dearest (Inuyasha Ending)

KOTOKO
421 (A Will) (Non-anime related)

Uh, I also found some karaoke albums. Oh, and remix albums by Inoue Kikuko, Fukui Yukari, and Kawamura Maria. They have a lot of popular songs (like "Catch You Catch me"), but before I do the work, do we care? Search for "Best of Anime", "Anime Parade", and "Anime Toonz" to see what I'm talking about. None of these are the originals, so I'm not sure if it's worth the effort of including them.

A lot of songs by m.o.v.e. are also on iTunes. They are the band best known for doing the theme songs for Initial D.

It's time to graduate from here. But there's still some business left.

I have the first one, "Anime Toonz", and it is easily the worst CD in my entire collection. "Let's take Kikuko Inoue, have her sing a bunch of anime covers, then cover her voice up with a techno beat so loud and intrusive and countermusical that it's impossible to hear her!" I wouldn't bother including them.

This one may seem a bit more obvious, but...

L'Arc-en-Ciel
- "Ready Steady Go" (Fullmetal Alchemist OP 2)
- "Driver's High" (Great Teacher Onizuka OP 1)
- "Niji" ("Rainbow", OP to Rurouni Kenshin movie 1)
- "Shine" (OP to Serei no Moribito)

There may be more related to anime, but those are the only ones I know out of the bunch. Looks like there are four albums by this band up, not counting compilations. My brother and I both mourn the fact that "The Fourth Avenue Cafe" is not among the available tracks.

Think I'll skip these, then. Adding the Inuyasha find and the L'arc stuff.

Looks like most of the Japanese stuff hasn't been converted to DRM-free yet. ::continues to wait before buying::
