Has this happened to any Netflix users here?
I haven't had that, but that's an improvement over the past. I had found it exasperating when they ship from a more distant hub, which not only takes another day just for transit time, but they also don't ship until the next day, so it crept to a delay of three days. It felt like being sent to the penalty box for something I didn't do.

The longest it's taken me to get a disc was four days. IIRC, it was one sent from the Santa Ana, CA facility. In the three years I've been with Netflix, I've had discs sent from other hubs maybe four or five times.

For those who might be interested:

"Behind the scenes at Netflix" (via The Boston Globe)

It's a photo gallery of the Northborough, MA sorting facility. I think I've gotten a disc from them before, by way of Worcester, MA.

Time to resurrect this thread, muuuahahahaha... *cough cough*

Anyways, I haven't been able to find any upcoming ADV titles on Netflix since the whole company switch-a-roo. I would send Netflix a message about the dvds, but it looks like they took down their request a title page. Anyone know if that page is still somewhere on the site?

Gah. I had that page specifically bookmarked, but now the URL links to the Contact Us page. If anyone has a working link to the titles request page, I'd like to know it too.

I was hoping to get Sgt. Frog from Netflix and that seems to be missing too. Unfortunately, it does seem that the request page is gone for good as now they only seem to have options for distributors and self-publishers to submit their films.

Perhaps someone should bring this to Funimation's attention. We may not be able to make requests, but they can.

Sergeant Frog: Season 1: Part 1

Is this what you were looking for?

Oh cool, thanks! I remember searching for Sgt. Frog and even Frog alone and not finding it a few weeks back, but I never spelled out Sergeant.

Netflix now lists almost all of ADV's titles for October and November. The only dvd I couldn't find is He is my Master.

I just got a Netflix free trial to see what they had streaming. Not much. So I was interested in getting some sent through the mail, but I'm worried about the disk being lost upon sending them back. Has anyone else had disk lost in the mail before? They say that they just replace it, but does that mess up your account?
