Question Samurai statue outside a Tokyo train station?

Last Friday I saw Like Someone in Love, which left me wondering—what Tokyo train station has a (non-equestrian) statue of a samurai in armor outside of it, and who does the statue depict? (Google, unfortunately, has not been helpful.) The statue is not one of these: Hachikō, Saigō Takamori, or Kusunoki Masashige.

According to this guy's article, the train station in question is supposed to be Shinjuku Station in the film's story world, but real-life Shinjuku Station doesn't have such a statue, and the statue in question used for the film production is a statue of Tokugawa Ieyasu which is at Shizuoka Station.

This article says Kiarostami's film crew cinematographed the Tokugawa Ieyasu statue.

Ahhh—thank you. It is this statue (the "Shizuoka" on the building behind it even shows up in one of the movie's shots); another image and another (it's in the background).

It's a pleasure. ^_^

These pages have photos of the Like Someone in Love production at Shizuoka Station.

The card is a 'Thank you' card from Kiarostami which was given to the guy, who had appeared in the film as an extra.

Like Someone in Love was screened at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. Shizuoka is a sister city to Cannes.
