To me other than the fact its available n BD now it doesn't appear to be that much different form the singles. I have those so I'll stick with them.

They really could stand to be more upfront about this being an upscale, but I guess that's only common for Japan..

Kadokawa actually didn't say if the FMP series were upscales when they was first announced in Japan, either. I had to contact AV Watch and get them to confirm with Kadokawa.

But yes, I would rather they say that it's an upscale. At least they don't seem to refer to "HD quality" or anything like that, but still...

Well, Bandai Visual never admitted that Diebuster or Yukikaze were upscaled, either...

Diebuster was upscaled? That's doubly disturbing when you consider that most online reviewer couldn't tell the difference.
