So we'd have to buy both the SE and standard edition to get the complete picture? I was wondering what was generating the other beam sabre when I looked at the cover for the other version... Was it like that for 00's first part?

I'll be passing on this as I wait for a BD release that probably will never come.

Interestingly this is coming out about a month after part 1! Hopefully this sticks!

Not bad looking, definitely picking this one up. Hopefully the release date won't change, but I doubt it.

Edit: And maybe this has a box hopefully? A $10 increase for one manga volume seems a bit more difference compared the other recent Bandai LE pricing.

It's not included with this release. The $10 difference is the same as Part 1. At the moment only the respective manga volume is included in the SE. It remains to be seen if they decide to do an ender artbox or not.

But Part 1's SE had two manga volumes for the $10 increase, not just one (Code Geass R2 SE has only one manga volume, and is only a $5 increase, see the inconsistency?). Hence my hope that the non-explained additional $5 is an artbox, however weak that hope may be.

Maybe it's misprint. Other than that, maybe they raised the price. As for the artbox the best to hope for is an ender artbox.

While it is possible part 2's SE might be an artbox, I don't recall anyone but ADV doing it this way recently. I would guess an ender just because sales would give them an idea of how many to make and large enough sales leading up to that point may encourage BB to carry it in B&Ms.

It most likely won't happen with Part 2 (SE). It wasn't solicited with an artbox.
