I like the black and white, but the one hair across Genosuke's (I think that is his name?) face looks kind of odd.

I own the DVD set, so I'll pass. I bet this will look awesome in high def though.

So they re-used the VC boxset artwork. That's not very creative. I'm kind of interested in this with the right price. I still own the LEs...so I'm not in a hurray to get it.

I dig the black and white cover. I own the LEs too but I'm going to sell them off to help pay for this. The wooden artbox is pretty nice but I'm not a collector of stuff like that anymore so I don't mind parting with it. No reason for me to keep the dvds now.

The DVD releases of this series were absolutely horrid in terms of video quality, so it'll be interesting to see how this fairs.

I am not surprised over the chosen artwork here. I am buying a blu ray player soon, but I don't know when I'll buy any bluray dvds .

I pretty much expected them to use this artwork for the cover. Even though I own the LE DVDs I will snatch this up in a heartbeat.

Lucky for me, I never got around to the LE's and didn't bother on the VC. I will definitely pick up the LE wooden box, because anything in a wooden collector's box is a must get for me, and I'll pick this up as well. Hell, I might even pop it into the LE box if it fits. Sometimes, it pays to be a lazy ass.
