nope. No mustache or anything. He's like CCA but a slightly older with different character design (better IMO). Too bad i didn't buy the magazine else i would have posted scans of the characters but i am sure they will appear somewhere soon.

Ken Narita will take over another role from the late Hirotaka Suzuoki, when he voices Bright Noah in the upcoming Gundam UC OVA. Narita already replaced Suzuoki for the role of Saito Hajime in the upcoming Rurouni Kenshin OVAs-Shin Kyoto Hen.

I recently finished watching Code Geass, and after watching his role as Jeremiah. I have to say that he will be a very good replacement for Suzuoki as that i could have sworn that Narita sounded like the late Suzuoki in some parts. I personally could not have thought of a better replacement.

I guess he already booked his role as Bright Noah in the upcoming Gundam Origin anime as well.

Mobile Suit GundamUC (Unicorn) Vol. 4 Blu-ray will be released December 2, 2011*. It will feature Japanese audio with English subtitles as well as an English language version.

80 minutes? I assume they're counting trailers/extras/etc. I can't really imagine the next episode being well over an hour long. Or do you think that's the actual running time?

It seems that there are conflicting information on the running time. Amazon JP notes it as 70 minutes.

dot.anime breaks it down as:

Whatever it may be, I would assume that the final running time includes extras.
