I have no idea what the official description is talking about. It doesn't have anything to do with this actual episode.

What They Say

Summer vacation arrives, and Kyoko starts inviting people to a summer trip, even to Ko Sawanoi. It seems like everyone's invited except, Akira and Fumi. However, they are plenty busy with other plans for the summer holiday. However on Kyoko's camping trip during a "test of courage" activity, Ko debates whether or not to reveal a huge secret…

The Review!

So, we are still dealing with the aftermath of Fumi and Yasuko's breakup. But enough of that. It's time for a summer vacation trip. Kyoko has invited everyone, and I mean everyone, to her fiance Ko's summer house. Not just Akira and Fumi, but the whole little Drama Club group from Fumi's school. So, there's a gaggle of girls hanging out together engaged in fun summer activities.

Except that we have two men invited as well: not only Ko, but Akira's brother Shinobu comes along, as the designated driver for the group (who are all too young to drive). So, we get a bonding moment between the two men, as they play golf and discuss what it's like to have a younger sister whom you worry over.

Of course, this show is not really about men, so we quickly go back the girls behaving like teenage girls on a fun summer trip. Which is not really all that interesting. Sure, there seem to be some hints dropped here and there about Fumi and Akira's relationship getting even closer, but other than that, there does not seem to be much going on this episode.

Other than we learn that Fumi and Akira are not bright enough to avoid getting sick.

In Summary:

We have a relaxing little diversion from the drama that has driven the past few episodes, as we see the girls go on a little vacation. There are subtle hints that Fumi and Akira's relationship is drawing ever closer, but nothing worth noting beyond that. With only a couple episodes left to go, it is not entirely clear how they will end this series, either with a hint of more to come, or with a rushed ending that provides some closure.
