Brian Haberlin's comic book AREA 52 has been bought by Casey Silver Productions with an eye towards bringing it to the big screen. Damian Shannon and Mark Swift have been hired to adapt the series, which tells the story of Area 52, the Antarctica warehouse in which old Area 51 alien technology is stored.
The action centers on the staffers who work there and their tumble with an alien which climbs out of mislabeled box.
No word on stars or directors as of yet.
