Solid ep of my favorite comicbook tv show so far.  This is a good case to bring more characters to tv, from any and all comic companies.

Gotta say.... Geoff Johns career is just starting. I bet anything he gets out of comics entirely soon and starts doing more and more of the shows then movies. His episodes of Smallville were the hightest rated episodes and now his episode of Arrow had a ratings spike.

Good sign for his career.

So much to love in this episode. I like to believe the "miracle" drug may even be a veiled reference to the "miraclo" drug used by the original Hourman. The Kord Industries reference indicates that Blue Beetle may possibly show up at some point. How cool would it be if Ted Kord showed up as a 50-something aging superhero, maybe something of an old urban legend, and provided tech to Ollie and his gang?

I also love the reference to "Flashpoint" and Professor Zoom. He would be the perfect big-baddy for The Flash series. He's from the future, HATES Barry, and since he knows more about Barry's Flash than Barry does at this point, the mental mind f-ing could be great storyline material.

Speaking of Barry, Gustin did a fine job. I loved John Wesley Shipp's Barry from the 90s, and this kid will do just fine in the role. Did anyone else catch the lightening strike at the episode's opening? It was JUST like the old 90s Flash show. Also loved the chemical/lightening scene. I was literally on the edge of my seat waiting for the bolt to crash through the chemicals.

Cyrus Gold made a credible foe and actually gave me reason to beleive that Brother Blood is a credible threat. Good stuff. I hope he "dies" and is resurrected as everyone's favorite zombie. Grundy is too good of a character not to end up in this show and could introduce a supernatural element to the show to go along with the meta-human element introduced this week. Which was well done, in my opinion.

I started out not liking Roy, but to be honest, they're playing him right. After Speedy grew up and became Arsenal/Red Arrow, he and Ollie weren't exactly buds. That could play out here as well and would lend depth to both characters.

And everyone knows how Moira contacted The League of Assasins so quickly. It's becoming apparent that Isabel is really Talia or Nyssa, and she and Moira have obvious history.

All in all, this is the most fun I've had watching a TV show since forever.

This show is getting better and better with each episode.  If WB does not use Arrow as a bridge to their cinematic universe, they are complete and utter idiots.

Kinetoscope: Black Canary left the city to keep the League of Assassins from going after her family.  No doubt she'll return at some point, though.

Did anyone notice that GA was wearing the traditional arrow mask in the coming attractions and not the eye shadow?

I'm still pretty sure Ivo will turn out to be Ra's Al Ghul...

Im pretty sure Ivo will turn out to be just Ivo. remember we got a nod to the H.I.V.E. organization. so perhaps Ivo, Ra's Al Ghul, and Brother Blood are all members of H.I.V.E.
