I pretty much agree with your review here. Also there were a couple examples of pretty painful dialogue.

I am unfamiliar with the comic book so I know nothing regarding the villians; however, it seemed pretty obvious to me that the count will be back.

The one area that I think you're a little harsh on are some of these plot threads that appear tepid at the moment. I still think they are developing further story lines that will pay off down the road. If not, then I will retract my statement.

Review spot-on.  I sooooo agree, I wish Thea Queen would just disappear she is one of the most EXAPERATING characters on TV alongside Kim Bauer, Lana Lang, Dana Brody and Carrie Mathison (Oh those facial expressions) I digress, and I wish they would stop friggin calling her speedy, Forget about the damn family and focus on the main character and in bring in more characters from the comic - way more enjoyable.

 yeah i like how Oliver is able to pinch the folder on the count and casually walk out. i expected them to show his friend looking around like, "now where did i put that folder." 

again, he uses green arrows. the show is called arrow. but let's everyone just call him the hood shall we.
