Yeah, spiderhero, but I still worry about the whole 2012 thing. Not because I think the world is going to end or anything, but because people are stupid and I just know there is going to be an incease in violent crimes and the like the closer we get to December because of the whole Mayan debacle.

Darth, what you wrote there gave me a Thanos flashback. I remember Thanos' first appearance in Captain Marvel many, many moons ago. In issues drawn and plotted by the great Jim Starlin, Thanos had gotten hold of the Cosmic Cube and wished he was God. He confronted Rick Jones Mar-vell's alter ego and according to a plan he kept goading this floating, glowing all-powerful Thanos spirit head to take on the Kree captain in person. Finally, he became so angry he took physical form, and standing before Jones crackling with energy he yells, "Bring on your champion! I will demolish him molecule by molecule!!!"
Mind gem...d'oh. Remember that Thanos is a very big fella and the gauntlet had to change sizes to fit Adam Warlock as well as Thanos...and even Silver Surfer in the 'What If?' tale.
