American McGee's latest game, BAD DAY LA is "a spoof of disaster films." McGee described the game as being like every "blockbuster disaster film funneled into one insane day."
The protagonist of the game is a homeless man who abandoned his privileged life as a successful Hollywood agent after losing his self-respect.
The "supporting" characters in this tongue and check game will include: a blonde bimbo, a Hispanic yard worker, an action hero and a middle-class white kid.
It will have ten levels will be set in a variety of Los Angeles neighborhoods, including the Hollywood Boulevard area, Venice Beach, and even Beverly Hills.
Hong Kong's Enlight Software Ltd. is handling the production of the game. No release date has been set yet.
You can check out some screen shots along with an interview with McGee on GameSpot.
