Bandai Entertainment is now offering up a replacement program to consumers who had problems with the audio tracks on either the Haruhi Season 2 release or the Haruhi Chan single disc release. A small batch of discs featured mono sound on the Japanese audio track for the releases of Haruhi Season 2 (4 discs) and Haruhi Chan Vol. 1 (1 disc). Customers who purchased discs with the audio issue can contact http://support.bandai-ent.com/ to return the discs they have and receive replacement discs.
