Drew Barrymorerecently chatted with SCI FI Wireabout the currently-in-development Barbarella.
"Barbarella is being written as we speak by our dear, beloved friendJohn August, who writes our Charlie's Angels movies," Barrymoretold SCI FI Wire. "We're full steam ahead on it. We're just writing it rightnow, and we're doing a couple films first, so we will have to do thatafterwards."
The actressreports that plans are for the script to be light, but with some depth.
