Since I collect Batmobiles, I already have my Mez-Itz 1966 Batmobile on order.  I'll have to try and snag that Batusi at the Con this year since I'm actually going.  Whoo hoo!

Where can I get all these wonderful toys?

Shellhead88 3/23/2013 11:32:49 AM

That's some cool stuff, but I want the show on DVD/Blu ray already.

Hanso... your doll lots spot on!

RaithManan 3/23/2013 2:30:03 PM

Hanso, long time no see.  Good to see a familiar face during my return after a lengthy absence.  I see you got drool at the corners of your at the sight of the toys.

Meanwhile, Shellhead.... Fox owns the rights to the old show, but Warners owns Batman but that wasn't the case until they locked DC under their roof in the late 70's.  So its an issue about money and legalities.  But these toys may be the first step that both sides may finally be loosening their grip against each other.  As long as there's a standoff regarding the 60's show, Warners will see to it there will be no Batusi, no Bat-Shark Repellent, no atomic belly slides on the wooden floor or the sight of Batman & Robin acting like The Flash outrunning traffic chasing bad guys (who were in their getaway cars) on foot WITHOUT using the Batmobile available on DVD.

Oh and I should point out that Joel Schumacher may have a relapse into his fetish and may paint his own chest in black so that way he can play with his own nipples and showcasing his own ass shots and crotch with Looney Tunes sound effects to boot if they ever release classic Batman on disc, much less be shown on tv like it was on The Hub last year.

Yeah Joel, you had real serious issues (not to mention you act higher on glue than the late Lloyd Bridges did in Airplane! whenever you conduct an interview) with your Batman run, and you wonder why people continue to call you the anti-Christ of comic book filmmaking.

nice to see that warners seems to be going all out with merch for the old batman tv show. minus the one thing that would have really been icing on the cake that fox and warners finaly got through the red tape and the show is coming out on dvd and blue ray finaly. since that is the one piece of merch fans of the show really want the thing on dvd and blue ray legaly

Yeah this show would look AMAZING on Blu, when it was first on in the UK it was in black and white when it was shown again a few years later the colours just blew peoples minds!

Please Fox and Warner Bros. come to an agreement and MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

BunyonSnipe 3/23/2013 3:51:02 PM

Damn it, I hope I look that good at 84!

He is still a pretty imposing guy, standing head and shoulders over a lot of the people around him...

Family Guy is made by Fox, surely if Seth put in a good word... They would do ANYTHING for Seth...

Oops... Sorry can Mr. Green please sit down.

Joker looks good here but some of the other figures in the line (other than Penguin from what I've seen) have that chest joint thing and I really have never found it to be useful for posing and it just detracts from the figures themselves.
