To their credit, I noticed Cinescape carried the "Uwe Boll Challenges Critics" story more than a week before the IMDB news picked it up. Congrats!

I reserved my copy already!

Michell Forbes had to have had a cupful of sawdust just to get into character as the tough as nails Commander Kane. The ending finale (and the next season opener) blew away any of my expectations.

Now I'm just awaiting spiderr987's obligatory cut-and-paste tirade and get my PROPS in about BSG before he gets his grubby mitts on the keyboard.

Is there not going to be a full season 2 DVD? I didn't buy 2.0 because I didn't want half a season, but if this is the only way they will be released, then I will have to I guess. I will be really pissed though if I do and a full season set is released. Anybody know what's planned?

Before Spider's tirade, I'd just like to say that the DVD releases for BSG are my only real problem with the show. It disgusts me that they split season 2 in half just so they could double their profits on it. Season 2.0 doesn't even mention on the box that it is only half of the series. Sure the 2.0 implies that there is more coming, but you would really have to do some research to be sure (the zit kids at the record stores didn't even seem to know).

I refuse to buy Season 2 unless they come out with a merged set... And I hope that they don't pull that crap off again.

The did that because of the 2+ month gap between episodes being aired. I agree that a one-season set should be cheaper. Then the 2.0 and 2.5 editions will be collectible or not.
