BATTLESTAR GALACTICA relaunches

The official website for the new version of BATTLESTAR GALACTICA has been given a makeover. Photos from the upcoming Sci-Fi Channel mini-series have finally been posted including shots of Edward James Olmos as Commander Adama and Mary McDonnell as President Laura Roslin. As well, there are now two wallpaper images that you can download onto your computer. You can also take a virtual tour of the Galactica's "combat information center" via a panoramic camera feature.

David Eick has also answered two more questions posed by fans, including one that asked if the original GALACTICA's technical jargon would make it to the reimagining of the concept. "I think some of those terms are best left to the previous incarnation," answers Eick. "However, fans of 'frak' (the best, most ingeniously shameless surrogate for a vulgarity ever invented) shouldn't be too disappointed."
