RaithManan you so missed my point. There are no "white comedies" or "black comedies", there are good and bad movies, smart movies and dumb movies. This is a dumb movie, it could be called the "black" version of Meet the Parents, which was also a dumb movie. So called "race" has nothing to do with it, it's just a dumb movie and they need to stop making dumb comedies.

It's such a great show and most likely will be canceled. They already did several things that I didn't think they would for a little while like have the FBI guy question everything, John see his father in the present, all the little T2 connections. Krasch , I don't know what your source is on the NBC forums, but the show is dead unless the DVD sales are huge. The DVD is supposed to come out in a month. They do not have time to write and make 5 episodes of the show before the DVD is out. The show is dead and rightfully so.

Pushing Daisies is not returning this season even through the network ordered a full season. Bionic Woman wasn't canceled because of the strike, the strike helped the show. If there was no strike BW would have been canceled even sooner.

Only one Kirk is dead. The movie is so bad that another Kirk can come out of the ribbon. Once you are there the thing can seemly just clone you or something. It's easier to bring Kirk back than it was to bring Spock back. Plus we don't know when this movie takes place, so it could take place before Kirk was killed.

I believe AT only joined the show because she was under contract to do so. It shows in here acting, it shows in the fact she's only in 14 episodes, and it is well shown in interviews that she did before season 4.

This whole "war" is pointless. 80% of the country doesn't have a HD TV, hell 40 million people don't have cable TV. This whole thing is useless because in less than 10 years, where people might start caring, there will be a better format. All that said Blu-Ray is evil, Sony is evil. Sony doesn't give a fuck about anything and will do anything to take revenge on losing the last format. I much rather have HD for one simple reason, it makes since. Older people and all non-nerds don't get "blu-ray" but HD DVD is easy enough for everyone to get.

There have been one, maybe two westerns that have done well and people know over the last several years. And let's see how well sci-fi has done, there is Star Wars and Matrix, pretty much everything else hasn't down well at all.
There have been one, maybe two westerns that have done well and people know over the last several years. And let's see how well sci-fi has done, there is Star Wars and Matrix, pretty much everything else hasn't down well at all.

There is no chance it will be picked up, none at all. I think the only reason it is still on the air is because NBC has nothing better to put on in it's place because of the strike. You should win some award for being one of the few people that watch the show every week, good job.

Die Hards are just fun action flicks, I have the Netflix DVD next to me. Hairspray is a good movie too, rented it last week, and enjoyed it a lot. Movies with men dressed up as a woman are always great, but in this one he song! :)

An A-?!?! Anyways I haven't seen the movie, so I'm going to comment on the commercials. They tried to make it seem like this is the first time that animation and live action were mixed together. "I blending of live action and blah blah blah... like never before!" Umm.... Did they forget that "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" was done the same way over 20 years ago? Stupid Disney.

I think a Riddick TV show on Showtime would be great! Pitch Black was a good movie, Chronicles was trying to hard at making itself into a huge universe and it failed. I would love to see some sequels through.

I think you guys are over reacting. He has probably already done all the voices for several episodes ahead. This is a cartoon, the writing is done many months before, than the voices are done months and months before, and then they have to draw the show. So they probably already have several episodes done, and are just finishing up drawing them.

gauleyboy420, the writers were always willing to give in, and the strike will last longer than three weeks considering they won't begin talking until the beginning of the fourth. Plus the writers have a 2.5% on internet sales and other stuff, most agree that it will be about 1.5%, that's how these things work. The problem is the studios don't give a fuck what the writers want, they want every last cent to themselves. The writers even dropped the DVD increase and the studios still didn't really care.

I like the fact that the religous people don't understand this movie is fiction, which makes me believe maybe the movie is correct. ;) And a summer release is a much better idea for this movie anyways.

I think everyone should get more money besides the big actors that should get less money. The makeup people should get paid more, and the costume people, and the writers because without them there wouldn't be a show. It's easy to replace a character or an actor, it's not as easy to find good writers or other people who know how to make the actors look good.

I agree themacallan007, I don't see why "shakey-cam" is so overused. Sure it's used well sometimes, but only in small amounts. Children of Men did it perfectly, a great blend. This movie seems to be the type that makes you sick.
