So Clark will be homeless for at least part of the movie? Or will this be a segment of his wandering around trying to "find himself"?

Clark Kent with a beard? It may very well be a new look of the iconic superhero in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel with some more photos from the Vancouver coming online. Nearly two months after casting calls went out for men who could pass for fisherman extras on the Vancouver Island shoot, some new snapshots has popped up online showing off star Henry Cavill in casual clothes with facial hair. Check them out below and sound off with your thoughts. The pics come a day after his co-star Russell Crowe was spotted on set in his Jor-El costume.
The film will also star Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Michael Shannon, Antje Traue, Ayelet Zurer, Christopher Meloni, Harry Lennix and Laurence Fishburne. Director Zack Snyder is leading at the helm, based on a screenplay by David Goyer and Jonathan Nolan. Batman producer-director Christopher Nolan is executive producing.
Man of Steel flies into theaters June 14, 2013.

LOL, reek! Yeah, I remember the comics where they said he used heat vision to shave! I think that is how he cuts his hair too by burning it off. Must get really stinky in the Kent bathroom!
Maybe these photos take place during his soul searching period where he is deciding what he will do with his life.

This does have me a bit inrtrigued...I have to say I like what I've seen so far, both Crowe and Cavil! Keep it up Zach!
I'm sure this is the "journey to find his place in the world" part of the movie. Looking forward to seeing this movie.
It's kind of funny to me that his fake beard and 'stache isn't the same color as the rest of his hair. I'm not complainng, just found it mildly humorous.
