Bell and Talley Feel the "Pulse"

they havent even done the movie and its allready being considered into being turned into a frachise. slow down weinsteins, wait to see how the movie does.

Why? With ticket prices as high as they are you don't need to have a whole heck of a lot of people seeing your movie for it to be a financial success. And these days franchises are easier of start because so much of box office success is based on name recognition.

Why don't they just film one large movie and break it into thre pieces? Oh, wait, that'd never work. People don't have patience for that kind of thing...

Ugh! I love Kristen Bell from Veronica Mars, but to come out of the gate thinking you have some kind of succesful movie, that takes some balls. You know and despite what people thing now a days it does take alot of success to make a movie worthy of a sequel. I mean when you consider that some movies close to $100 million dollars to make and most don't even break the $100 mil mark you get into a area where sometimes movie studios are taking a bath.

And, what has become so true in horror movies is that they cost a friggin fortune to make. Mostly it's due to lazy directors and what have you depending on CGI which costs a pant load to make. It's like when you look at The Ring 2 with those stupid CGI deer...that alone probably shot that movies budget up a couple of mil for a lame scene that added nothing to the movie. Then again what do I know this movie might be that good...but somehow I doubt it.
