What is this a remake of "Quest for Fire"?

I was about to say the same thing. What was that again about Hollywood that we were all saying here......Oh yeah. Hollywood and their remake suck.

Is Raquel Welch gonna make an appearance?

Post #3 - you beat me to it! Is Camilla going to wear an animal skin/fun costume that gets smaller as the film progresses.

I must admit that I don't mind remakes of movies, especially good remakes. But, is it just me or is everything announced on this site lately a remake...or...reimagining (do the studios really think we're that stupid to think that word doesn't mean remake with one or two changes). The three Disney movies annouced today are pretty much remakes. Aren't there any new ideas out there, or am I just getting too old to go to the movies? Maybe i should just stay home and watch my old John Wayne DVDs!

Maybe Ringo should make an appearance.

#4-You provided your own answer but with the addition of: No new ideas are being generated from that group. Roland Emmerich....YAWN. No news here.
