BoxOffice Mojo reports that actual numbers for the weekend box office for MenIn Black II were slightly lower than the estimates announced on Sunday.The comic sequel took in less than $24.5 million in it's second weekend, fallingoff 53%.
The other comicflick, Road To Perdition, which opened this weekend performedwell, taking in just under $22.1 million. This was surpisingly good consideringthe movie played in a mere 1,797 theaters.
The movie alsoedged out Reign of Fire which looked to be a contender for tophonors this week. The excellent dragon flick debuted at #3 taking in $15.6million.
