No CLOVERFIELD Sequel Anytime Soon? - May 19, 2008 - 05:51am
They want to do something completely different... it's about an earthquake that awakens this mutated creature inside a volcano, which then takes revenge on the nearby city of San Francisco. These kids are throwing a graduation party for their friend as the creature attacks. Some of the kids capture the events with cell phones, and the whole movie will be a slideshow of the photos.
All kidding aside, I liked Cloverfield (and other Abrams stuff).
New PERSIA Game is Rebooting the Prince? - May 02, 2008 - 05:51am
Assassin's Creed released months ago, and was not near as groundbreaking as POP. I would just like to see that same level of originality come out of that team instead of a rehash. BTW, Lost: Via Domus doesn't count either.

That's a shame. I thought the franchise (especially the first title) broke ground with a bit of innovation, which other games to follow borrowed from. Instead of "rebooting", it sounds like they are cloning other games themselves now. Why not expend that creative time and energy to create another fresh, new IP?
