TheHollywood Reporter reports that Sony has posted strong second quarterearnings yesterday. The studio enjoyed a record setting summer fueled by comicbook adaptations like Spider-Man and Men in Black II.
The studio issaid to be anticipating strong sales on the home video versions of those twomovies. Spider-Man, due out this week, will ship a record-setting25 million copies to retailers.
