Scarjo is cool and all, but I still feel she was miscast.

Alison Brie! Or Imogen Poots. Imogen Poots sounds like a productions company's name. Just saying.

The love interest needs to be Sharon Carter.  They can just "adjust" the character to be the granddaughter of Peggy Carter.

Black widow did grow on me so to speak for Avengers, better than Iron man 2.  I really think they could solo movie her out.  Let her team up with Hawkeye for a movie, low budget of course. 

 Yeah, The Mistake by the Lake is a much better place.....river's spontaneously combust there.....

I like Olga Kurylenko as Widow, Its past the moment but Milla Jovovich was born to play the Russian agent, Just as Angela Basset would have own the role of Storm of the X-men.

While I liked the relationship of both Cap and Black Widow in the comics, and in the Ultimate Avengers movie(s). I felt that perhaps Johansson's BW seemed too have more feelings for Banner in the Avengers then she did for Cap. The chemistry for both Johansson and Mark R., seemed too be good. I would rather see her in the next Hulk movie. Perhaps has a rival for Betty Ross. Has for a villian in the movie, I would suggest Red Hulk and saving the day would be Red She-Hulk. Could be interesting if the script is good.

I really like all the actresses, I just liked the Cap-Widow hook up for the Ultimate verse, so I wouldnt mind seeing it in live action, Im tired of the Hero, dating the girl next door, thats the reason I prefer Thor with Sif. Also I think after Peggy, anything less kick assy wouldnt do for Cap.

Plus she could have a more prominent role in the movie, I think in some version she dated the Winter Soldier, but that´s the incarnation, well one of many, that Widow went rogue and I dont think they are going this route in the movie-verse.
