While it was unable to beat out "Lemony Snicket's...," New Line Home Entertainment's "Blade: Trinity," the third film in the series based on the Marvel Comics character, made it to #2 on the ssles chart. The gothic horror-action flick grossed $52.4 million at the boxoffice, but its appeal to the young male demographic -- traditionally the most avid DVD buyers -- helped it at the video counter.
