Date: Tuesday, January 29, 2002

Majesco announced that is has reached a deal with Hudson to bring three Bomberman games to the Game Boy Advance and GameCube.

The GameCube game is tentatively titled BOMBERMAN GENERATIONS. Featuring cel-shaded graphics and a 3D world, the game's 16 levels focus on combining bombs with certain elements to create new attacks.

The two Game Boy Advance titles will be similar, BOMBERMAN MAX: RED and BLUE. One game focuses on Bomberman and the other on Max. Both characters have been shrunk and must fight their way through 80 levels in order to return to their normal size. Three-player link play will also be supported.

The games will be released this spring.
