
According to the newspaper El Pais (reported online by Commander Bond), director Marc Forster has switched filming locations for JAMES BOND 22 over the past two weeks. The director and producers began shooting the next Bond film in Siena, Italy where reportedly the movie itself is going to begin according to previous reports where scribe Haggis says the next film picks up 2 minutes after CASINO ROYALE finishes off. The newspaper has moved to Madrid, Spain from August 23 to August 29. Here's what they have to say on the location...
'We will film in and around the historic quarter of Madrid,' which the newspaper report took to mean Madrid de Los Austrias and its surroundings which include the Royal Palace and Royal Opera. No mentions were made as to whether or not Daniel Craig would be present.
JAMES BOND 22 hits theaters everywhere on November 7, 2008.
