The next installment in the JAMES BOND series (currently titled "Bond 22") will not be returning to the Barrandov Studios in Prague, Czech Republic. They filmed their last installment, CASINO ROYALE, at the studios. According to Variety, Eon Productions have cited lack of financial incentives inside the country and instead moved production to Pinewood, UK where Eon is located.
This is the second movie to in recent memory to not return to Prague. HELLBOY 2: THE GOLDEN ARMY has also not returned there after initially using the facilities for the original installment.
Filming will begin for Bond 22 by director Marc Forster in December.

The same cannot be said about the proposed addition of more humor to the franchise! If Prague=serious movie like CR... then pay the Czechs whatever they want!!!
